This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the standards of acceptable use for all WPSPACE hosting services (“Services”).
By using WPSPACE, you agree to comply with this AUP and all related policies.
Violating this AUP may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice.
1. General Policy
WPSPACE provides high-performance WordPress hosting built on secure, U.S.-based infrastructure.
All customers must use our Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Our hosting platform is specifically optimized for WordPress, and non-WordPress websites are not permitted.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use WPSPACE Services for any activity that violates law, regulation, or this AUP, including but not limited to:
2.1. Illegal Content or Activity
- Hosting or distributing illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
- Promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Engaging in phishing, identity theft, or fraud
2.2. Network & Security Violations
- Attempting to breach or compromise another system or network
- Deploying or distributing malware, viruses, or exploits
- Running port scanners, DDoS attacks, or brute-force tools
- Circumventing authentication, access controls, or firewalls
2.3. Resource Abuse
- Consuming excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth in a way that impacts other users
- Operating file-sharing, torrent, or video streaming platforms
- Using hosting primarily as a backup or storage service
- Sending bulk, unsolicited, or spam email campaigns
2.4. Other Prohibited Actions
- Misrepresenting WPSPACE or impersonating staff
- Hosting content that violates intellectual property laws
- Engaging in any conduct that may damage WPSPACE’s reputation or reliability
3. WordPress-Specific Policy
- Our platform is exclusively for WordPress websites.
- You may upload and modify WordPress-compatible themes, plugins, and media only.
- Installing or running any non-WordPress software, applications, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
4. Copyright & DMCA Policy
WPSPACE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related international copyright laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used or hosted on a WPSPACE server without authorization, please submit a DMCA takedown notice.
5. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, please send an email to hi@wpspace.net with the following details:
- Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact information.
- A detailed description of the copyrighted material you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or location(s) of the infringing content on our network.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hi@wpspace.net.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts (as per WPSPACE’s governing law).
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, WPSPACE may restore the content unless the complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.
7. Enforcement
WPSPACE reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or DMCA policy.
- Remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights.
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when necessary.
Decisions related to policy violations are at WPSPACE’s sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
WPSPACE is not responsible for user-generated content hosted on its servers.
Users are solely liable for the legality and accuracy of any material uploaded or transmitted through our network.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP & DMCA Policy at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Governing Law
This AUP & DMCA Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in China.
Our hosting infrastructure is based in the United States, but our legal entity operates in China.
