2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
3. Use of Services
- Use our hosting only for lawful purposes and within these Terms.
- Our platform is specifically optimised for WordPress. Non-WordPress websites are not allowed.
- Do not host malicious, illegal, or harmful content of any kind.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including user content.
- Keep your login credentials safe and confidential at all times.
5. Payments & Billing
- All hosting fees are charged in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices may change with prior notice published on our website.
- Promotional or discounted pricing may apply only to the first billing term.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
WPSPACE offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund of your hosting fee.
- Domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, and add-ons are non-refundable.
- Refund requests made after 7 days are not covered under this guarantee.
- To request a refund, email us at hi@wpspace.net within 7 days of your initial purchase.
7. Resource Usage
All “Unlimited” features (including storage, bandwidth, and email accounts) are subject to fair-use limits. Accounts that consume excessive resources or disrupt normal server operations may be restricted or suspended.
8. Backups
We provide free backups as a convenience. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of website data and content. WPSPACE does not guarantee restoration of lost data in all circumstances.
9. Security
Our hosting platform includes DDoS protection, a Web Application Firewall (WAF), and free SSL certificates. You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, keeping WordPress installations, themes, and plugins updated, and implementing good security practices.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime across all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur occasionally. WPSPACE is not liable for downtime, data loss, or any loss of business or profits arising from interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPSPACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, infrastructure, and technology used to provide our Services remain the exclusive property of WPSPACE and its licensors. You retain full ownership of the content you upload but grant WPSPACE a limited license to host and deliver it as necessary for website operation.
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or causes harm to our infrastructure or other users.
- You may terminate your account at any time via your control panel or by contacting support.
- Termination will not entitle you to a refund beyond the 7-day guarantee period.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Our hosting infrastructure and data centers are located in the United States.
You agree that any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts in China.
